Yoga Books
Yoga is a discipline where experience is gained through meditation, practice, and study. Often the path to study yoga is by doing but sometimes it helps to have some yoga books to help guide your path.
- A book that I have enjoyed greatly in my study of yoga is Yoga Anatomy
. It has given me a great appreciation of what the body can do, why it can do it, and how it can do it better. I have a much better understanding of my problematic hip joints now and thanks to this book I can finally open up my hips.
